Overview

When I joined Realix.ai as the Lead Product Designer, the platform was undergoing a critical 0-1 pivot from a leadership training tool to an AI-powered project management SaaS. I spearheaded this transition by addressing a fundamental organizational friction: the disconnect between static employee skill sets and dynamic project constraints. By designing a "Skill-Fit" agent system and complex data visualizations, I enabled leadership to move beyond traditional training into predictive team composition. By the end of the project, what began as a learning module became a cohesive intelligence platform that optimizes workforce allocation and provides immersive, adaptive simulations for leadership growth.

Solution

Feature 1.
AI-Native Admin Dashboard

To manage the transition from training to operations, I designed an intelligent orchestration hub. Rather than a static display of metrics, I engineered a conversational "Project Agent" interface that allows leadership to actively query the dynamic state of their teams.

Feature 2.
Personalized Employee
Skill-Fit Agent

The designed dashboard visualizes an employee’s skill graph, mapping their unique capabilities against available and upcoming project needs. This transparency empowers employees to understand their organizational fit and proactively engage in relevant learning modules, turning skill development into a tangible pathway for career advancement.

Feature 3.
Adaptive Leadership
Case Simulations

This feature employs adaptive AI to simulate complex organizational scenarios based on real-world data and expert frameworks. By immersing users in dynamic decision-making environments, the design effectively translates theoretical leadership concepts into actionable operational insights, fostering higher engagement and tangible skill growth.

Not Just a Map. A Mirror of Your Feelings.

A defining moment in this project was realizing that leadership training is often treated as a "side task" rather than an operational asset. Initially, the team focused on visualizing training progress, but I challenged this by arguing that training only matters when it informs action. I pushed for the development of the Skill-Fit Agent—a conversational interface that allows managers to query the "unseen" potential of their teams in the context of specific project needs. This shift from a passive learning log to an active decision-support tool taught me that impactful AI design must bridge the gap between user growth and business utility.

The goal isn't just to learn; it's to deploy.
